Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation message via email or text. You will then receive another notification once a shipping label is created for your order. This does not mean that your order has shipped, it simply means that we are preparing your order. We try to get orders out immediately, but we are a small family owned business that takes pride in delivering the best handmade products and service to our customers and occasionally delays can occur.

If you pay for priority shipping, that does not mean that your order ships sooner. The priority shipping is a guarantee from the USPS that your order will arrive quickly (1, 2 or 3 days depending on which option you choose) AFTER we have dropped it off at the post office! 

If you ever need something sent immediately, please email us and we will try and accommodate you. This is for emergencies only (i.e. birthday gift, graduation gift, or if an item is needed for a special event). 


Free shipping applies to orders of $45.00 or more and only applies to domestic orders.  

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution! 

 

Order Cancellation

If your  order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. If you need to return your items, please email info@thehappyheadbandco.com

How often do you restock?

We aim to keep most of our items in stock all of the time, with seasonal releases that restock several times a season. 

We recommend signing up for our email list and turning on notifications if you're on Instagram to stay up to date on restocks and sales! 


Who makes all of those headbands? 

Each and every one of our products is handmade in the great state of Michigan. Our production team consists of several people who are local to the Kalamazoo area.

 

How do I wash my headbands?

We recommend hand washing your headbands and then laying them flat to dry. 

 

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Please contact me at kasey@thehappyheadbandco.com to inquire about custom designs. 

 

Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale?

Yes! Please contact me at kasey@thehappyheadbandco.com to inquire about bulk pricing. This is a great option for teams or other large groups! 

 

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Currently we only sell online. We do own and operate out of a building in downtown Kalamazoo but it is currently closed to the public.
